Dave Hall
Responsible for working with the Chamber's Board of Directors, Committee Chairpersons and Chamber affiliates in coordinating the implementation of the strategic plan of the Chamber, and the day-to-day activities of the Chamber.  Dave also serves as Executive Director of the Susquehanna Industrial Development Corp. (SIDCO), and Leadership Susquehanna Valley, (LSV). He joined the Chamber in April 2007. Dave also serves as Executive Director of the Susquehanna Industrial Development Corp. SIDCO, and Leadership Susquehanna Valley (LSV).

Dave was previously the President and CEO of the Chenango County Chamber in central New York as well as the Executive Director of three economic development agencies. Prior to that he was the Executive Director of the Peabody, MA Chamber of Commerce for five years and an officer of the New England Chamber of Commerce Executives. Prior to working with chambers of commerce, Dave was a senior officer in the United States Air Force with 27 world-wide assignments in 30 years. An avid pilot, he flew B-1s and B-52s for the Air Force, and continues to fly light aircraft today.

Julie Hartley
Is responsible for all of the accounting needs of the Chamber and its affiliates including FOCUS Central Pennsylvania, Susquehanna Industrial Development Corp. (SIDCO), Sunbury New Enterprise Expansion Drive, (SNEED), Central Susquehanna School & Business Partnership, and Leadership Susquehanna Valley, (LSV). She works closely with the President/CEO and Chamber Staff. She also coordinates the Chamber Staff’s human resource needs, payroll, and in-house IT needs.

Prior to her employment with the Chamber she held several bookkeeping positions with local companies over the past 15 years including a ten year stint as the Secretary/Treasurer of Adams Township. She is a Middleburg High School graduate.

Jennifer Daddario
As Director of Operations, Jennifer supervises the day-to-day activities of the Chamber Business Center. She also oversees the implementation of projects and initiatives for the Membership Development, Community Development, Economic Development, and Advocacy Divisions of the Chamber.

Jennifer also works to provide members with exclusive networking, targeted marketing, and cost saving opportunities, striving to put Chamber members first. As Director of Membership Development, Jennifer guides potential clients to Chamber businesses. Through telephone referrals, website referrals, and organizing cost efficient opportunities for members to reach their markets, Jennifer also works to improve the bottom line of members by increasing their business. Working with the Special Events Manager, Jennifer assists in planning, coordinating, and conducting activities to ensure, and increase the Chamber’s membership support. She is responsible for maintaining the membership database and is instrumental in all membership recruitment efforts. Jennifer is staff support for the Ambassador and Membership committees, as well as Leadership Susquehanna Valley.

Jennifer’s business experience includes ten years in the financial planning fields. She holds a four-year degree in psychology with minors in sociology/social welfare and piano from Bloomsburg University. Jennifer is a graduate of Northumberland Christian School.

Megan Bollinger
Megan coordinates, plans and implements Chamber monthly, and premier events. Megan manages event budgets, inventory, invoicing, and registration. She solicits corporate sponsorships and underwritings for Chamber events, and provides staff support for the Special Events, ATHENA®, Women’s Leadership Symposium, and Young American committees. She also serves on the Young Professionals Board of Directors. Megan provides support for Leadership Susquehanna Valley and their programs. She is also responsible for the Chamber’s monthly Business Connect mailing.

Megan is a 2005 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford where she majored in business management with a concentration in marketing. Prior to college she attended Middleburg Area High School. She also assists the woman’s soccer team at Susquehanna University.

Dawn Gessel
Dawn E. Gessel, Economic Development Specialist, aids the Chamber by advocating, promoting and stimulating economic growth within Montour, Northumberland, Snyder and Union county. She works closely with the Susquehanna Industrial Development Corporation (SIDCO) and its sister agency, Sunbury New Enterprises Expansion Drive (SNEED), to attract new economic development and to assist existing businesses.

Dawn brings diverse knowledge, first-rate communication skills and an eagerness to learn to the Chamber. She is a 2007 graduate of Susquehanna University. She graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s of arts in writing and communications. She is also a member of Sigma Tau Delta, the National English Honorary Society.

She is willing to help your business with any type of economic need, so do not hesitate to contact her; you never know what information she could provide you with. It may just be the extra drive your business was looking for.

Staff photo of Lindsay TrickAdministrative Assistant 
Lindsay Trick
Lindsay works closely with the entire Chamber staff. She fields inquiries from members and the public, facilitates the rental of the Haddon Board Room and Susquehanna Bank Resource Room, and handles all general correspondences, monthly and premier event registrations and general tasks.

Lindsay also provides clerical staff support to the Selinsgrove Chamber of Commerce. She assists the Special Events Manager with the Young Americans Program and monthly Business Connect mailing as well.

Prior to her employment at the Chamber, Lindsay spent five years as a delivery coordinator for a local log home manufacturer. She is a 1998 graduate of West Snyder High School.
